Step 1 Wash thoroughly the strwaberries and make sure to let it dry or else you will have trouble during the coating process.
Step 2 Melt the chocolates on a doubler boiler or you can improvise one by putting a pot on the stove, filled with small amount of water. Find a heat-safe bowl that you can fit over the pot so that the bottom of the bowl is above the boiling water. This will allow the steam to melt the chocolate. You can also melt it in a microwave.
Step 3 Stir the chocolate until fully melted. Be very careful with this process cause you might burn your fingers, steam may escape from around the bowl.
Step 4 Dip each of the strawberries into the chocolate. Keep a small part of the top of the strawberry free of chocolate so that part of the strawberry can be seen.
Step 5 Place each of the chocolate covered strawberries onto a plate topped with a sheet of wax paper. You can put this in the fridge to allow the chocolate to harden onto the strawberries and we're done! I hope you can try this one day I'm sure your loved ones will love this! Pls.
